About Us
Welcome Home Adult Family Home is a warm, comfortable residence located in a peaceful neighborhood in Puyallup, Washington’s South Hill. Our home offers a serene environment while remaining conveniently close to major highways, shopping centers, senior centers, and places of worship, making it easy for families to stay connected and involved.
We are licensed for six residents, each enjoying the comfort and privacy of their own rooms. Our home is designed to feel like family itself, offering personalized care, nutritious meals, and dailya ctivities that support both physical and emotional well-being.
Welcome Home Adult Family Home is owned and managed by an experienced Registered Nurse who is deeply passionate about senior care and brings extensive knowledge and compassion to every resident’s experience.
Our dedicated team is carefully selected and highly trained to deliver individualized, person-centered care. Together, we ensure that every resident feels respected, supported, and truly at home.

24/7 Care
We provide round-the-clock care with attentive staff available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – including awake staff at night – to ensure safety, comfort, and peace of mind for every resident.
Homemade Meals
All of our meals are home-cooked and thoughtfully prepared to meet each resident’s dietary needs and preferences. We believe nourishing food made with care contributes to overall health and happiness.
Private Rooms
Each resident enjoys a private room equipped with modern amenities, including a TV, phone, and Wi-Fi access, creating a comfortable and personal space that feels like home.
